I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The host was very helpful and arranged for a taxi to pick me up. They even met me at the door upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations. The location was perfect as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the Colosseum. It was also in a quiet residential area, which was a nice bonus. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, allowing me to easily cook in the well-equipped kitchen. the cleanliness, location, and convenience of this apartment were top-notch.

I keep coming back for the great service and perfect location. The staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay. The apartment has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, kitchen utensils, AC. It's the perfect place for a romantic escape.

Totally recommend to all. Quiet location short walk to Co-op supermarket and Colosseum, Monti neighborhood and both subway lines, everything perfectly fine. Rooms - reasonably large with comfortable beds, closets plus 1 bedroom. Warm welcome from owner. Nice drinks at Voodoo Bar, nestled 200 m away.

The host Paula was helpful with directions and recommendations. The location near landmarks was convenient. The house was clean and had sufficient amenities. The area had a peaceful atmosphere. Close proximity to cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket made it an ideal choice for families.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being close to the Colosseum and within walking distance to a Metro station. It was also easy to find from the bus station. The area was quiet and had plenty of nice local restaurants to choose from.

The Metro station near the apartment did not have an elevator, which could be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Everything is what i need and want.

The apartment at Otium Maecenatis Apartments had a private bathroom with a bidet and shower, and it was so convenient! I loved having my own bathroom, and the bidet was an unexpected bonus. It made me feel like I was staying in a luxury hotel!

The only thing I didn't like was that the apartment had a sofa. Personally, I prefer a chair or a separate seating area.
